I am practically weeping with joy as the number of people on the sour dough share save list grows. Yes it is still small but small is bigger than none and definately bigger than something that did not exist at all until a week ago.
The recipes all work (even though I have used them for years, I retried them obsessively) and you can also use the dough in other sour dough recipes, of course.
